Adrian Mulya is a Jakarta-based photographer with interest in human rights. In 2016, he published Winners of Life, a book on female prisoner of conscience post-1965 tragedy in Indonesia. Adrian also worked on a project about gig economy workers, “Serabutan” (Precariats), in July 2021, in collaboration with Artists for Digital Rights Network (A4RDN).

Ary Hermawan is a graduate researcher at the University of Melbourne’s Asia Institute. Prior to joining PM English, Ary was a managing editor and an editor at large of The Jakarta Post and deputy director of Amnesty International Indonesia. He earned his master’s degree in international journalism from the University of Arizona’s School of Journalism in 2016.

Irma was a researcher and fact-checker at Tirto.id from 2018 to January 2023 focusing on politics, public policy, misinformation, and the impacts of technology on the society. She’s a volunteer and mentor at Journocoders Indonesia. Since 2021, Irma has been studying at Technische Universität Ilmenau, Germany, for a master’s degree in Media and Communication.
